MEETING THE CHALLENGES OF THE FUTUREJoin ENGIE, a world leader in sustainable energy and services. As an industry leader, our purpose is to improve lives through better working and living environments, enabling progress in a harmonious way. We’re always thinking about the future and how we can make things better.

Our Future Plan

Imagine 2030 Young Professional Network

In simple terms, Our Future Plan is about making our company a responsible and sustainable business, working with our customers, employees, suppliers and communities to achieve a sustainable future for all. There are three key themes:

1. Growing innovation and sustainable services

2. Sharing our achievements

3. Making sustainability part of what we do

4. Supporting our people and communities

5. Valuing diversity

6. Reducing energy and travel

7. Reducing waste and water

8. Responsible procurement

9. Enhancing local habitat

As an ENGIE employee your point of view matters and you can play a vital role in helping us define and deliver our purpose.

Imagine 2030 is our decade long debate which invites our employees (‘Imaginative Builders’) to share their visions, hopes and concerns for the coming decade and to debate the challenges we will all have to tackle as we go about our daily work. We are doing this because our employees are at the forefront of our changing world and best placed to understand what our customers expect now and into the future.

The Young Professional Network (YPN) is an internal, global ENGIE initiative with four key goals; Connect, Share, Voice and Develop. This community of next generation leaders helps to create new networking opportunities across our different divisions, share experiences cultures and knowledge, and to act as a sounding board for innovative new ideas and ways of working. It’s first national event, the Creative Lab, launches in autumn 2018 bringing together 100 of ENGIE UK’s most innovative young minds.
