Our Success Follows Yours ®

Our Exercise Support capability delivers an advanced training environment honing mission command decisions in Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental, and Multinational (JIIM) exercises across the Live, Virtual and Constructive (LVC) training domains.

CALIBRE delivers the support necessary to establish a CTC-like environment, at home station, affording reduced costs for training. We offer solutions that achieve a realistic training environment with a free thinking enemy and an external set of eyes to observe and provide input to improve the training experience.

• Ability to monitor, analyze, provide feedback, and report observations that occur during live and simulated training exercises

• Knowledge of Army Doctrine across all warfighting functional areas (maneuver, intelligence, fires, sustainment, command and control)

• Integrating TADSS with instrumentation systems

• Messaging exercise accomplishments with commands, rotational units, and Army Public Affairs

>> >> Role PlayersIn support of the LVC training domains, CALIBRE provides Role Players (general, foreign language speakers and professional civilians on the battlefield) and Special Effects personnel who enhance exercises and facilitate a high-quality, highly-effective training experience for soldiers. Role

players are an integral part of the live/constructive training environment, due to the fast paced nature of this environment and the emergency or no-notice changes that occur, CALIBRE has established a flexible, adaptable, and responsive delivery method to consistently meet all mission needs, short-notice changes, and same-day requests. We provide an on-site management team for continuous coordination with the EXCON and other critical supporting tenant units to discuss routine operations or address unexpected contingencies and support changes. We operationally prepare well before each training exercise, planning and coordinating a team of trained Role Players and Special Effects experts to meet specific rotation requirements. Doing so allows us to provide the correct mix of role players and facilitate the complexity associated with supporting multiple events simultaneously.

>> >> Exercise Support FeaturesWe leverage our exercise support expertise to deliver a battlefield like experience for contingency, non-contingency and civil military operations in support for decisive action training. Having an exportable exercise support capability enables commanders to deploy highly realistic, highly immersive training environments anywhere previously available only at Army Combat Training Centers. Our exercise support capability allows commanders to train:

• Brigade Combat Decisive Action Training• Functional Brigade Training• Mission Rehearsal Exercises• Small Unit Lanes Training• Peace Keeping Operations Training• Stability and Support Operations Training• Civil-Military Operations Training• Emergency Response Training
