A tool must contain:

Weekly & Monthly goal (Personal for every member and general for the team)

Project Planning of the team


TRACKING TOOL

Set a specific date & time in order to complete it every week -Put a reminder on calendar

Make the tool more attractive for the MBs (add photos, quotes etc)

What is not in the tool, it didn’t happened!

MeetingsAgenda of meeting must contain

Previous priorities according to project plan

Plan achievement – What will the individual do in order to achieve his goals

And also the report by every member must be like this


Track through mail & PODIO

Members put you cc/bcc on mails

For mail reports – use bullets with things for tracking and ask them to answer in detail for every bullet

Send reminders after 48h
