Assessment Procedure

• In order to assist companies in assessing the qualified candidates for managerial positions, we have decided to grant pin codes to only qualified candidates.• Assessment tests have to be completed by registered candidates to be able to get a pin code• These Assessment tests are tailored to test the following:1. Guiding the Work2. Organizing the Work3. Developing Staff4. Managing Performance5. Managing Relations

• There will be two questions that test each aspect of the above. Results of the assessment will show whether the candidate is below average, average or above average. Candidates below average will not be given pin codes to attend the fair.• The results of the assessment tests will be shown to companies along with the CV of the registered candidates.
