LENGTH OF WARRANTY

This limited warranty covers only your Hansgrohe manufacturedproduct.Hansgrohewarrantsthisproductagainstdefectsinmaterialorworkmanshipasfollows:

Hansgrohewill replaceatnocharge forpartsonlyor,at itsoption,replaceanyproductorpartoftheproductthatprovesdefectivebecauseofimproperworkmanshipand/ormaterial,under normal installation, use, service and maintenance. IfHansgroheisunable toprovideareplacementandrepair isnotpracticalorcannotbemadeintimelyfashion,Hansgrohemay elect to refund the purchaseprice in exchange for thereturn of the product. REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT (OR, INLIMITED CIRCUMSTANCES, REFUND OF THE PURCHASEPRICE)ASPROVIDEDUNDERTHISLIMITEDWARRANTYISTHEEXCLUSIVEREMEDYOFTHEPURCHASER.
