Européenne. 89/392. et. à. ses.modifications. successives.. Aussi,. les. Hayons.monte-charge. produits. par. la. Société. Anteo.Spa. sont. conçus. et. réalisés. en. fonction. des.critères.imposés.par.cette.réglementation,.étant.accompagnés.du.sigle.“CE”.et.de.la.“Déclaration.de.conformité”.Dans.l’optique.de.la.réglementation.susmentionnée,.l’INTEGRALITE. du. véhicule. équipé. de. Hayon.monte-charge.et.des.éventuels.accessoires.est.considérée.comme.une.UNIQUE.mACHINE,.pour.laquelle.seul.l’installateur.final.est.habilité.à.apposer.le.sigle.“CE”.et.à.délivrer.une.DECLARATION.DE.CONFORmITE.Pour.cela,.et.au.regard.de.certaines.modifications.nécessaires.durant.l’installation,.l’installateur.doit.se.conformer.aux.règles.suivantes:1.-..contrôler.que.la.Hayon.monte-Charge.et.les.

éventuels. accessoires. sont. conformes. aux.REGLEmENTATIONS.machines;

2.-. effectuer.le.montage.en.respectant.les.pres-criptions.fournies.par.la.Société.ANTEO.Spa.et.rapportées.dans.la.présente.documentation;

3.-. s’assurer. que. l’installation. est. compatible.avec.le.véhicule.et.réalisée.en.conformité.aux.prescriptions.du.constructeur;

4.-. remplir.et.conserver,.pendant.au.moins.DIX.ans,. la. Fascicule. Technique. relatif. à. l’ins-tallation. devant. contenir. la. documentation.relative.au.produit.(Déclaration.de.Conformité.“ANTEO”),.les.calculs,.les.éventuelles.modifi-cations.et.tout.autre.document.ajouté;

5.-. effectuer.les.tests.de.contrôle;6.-. remettre.à.l’utilisateur.final.le.“mANUEL.D’UTI-

LISATION.ET.D’ENTRETIEN”.

INTRODUCTION

As.of.1st.January.1995.Tail-Lifts.can.be.sold. in.the. member. countries. of. the. European. Union.(E.U.).only.if.they.comply.with.European.machines.Directive.89/392.and.subsequent.amendments..Therefore,. the. Tail-Lifts. that. Anteo. S.p.A.. puts.onto.the.market.in.these.countries.are.designed.and. built. in. accordance. with. the. requirements.set. forth. in. the. above-mentioned. directive. and.they.carry.the.“CE”.mark.and.the.“Declaration.of.Compliance”.Pursuant. to. the.provisions. of. this.Directive,. the.ENTIRE. vehicle. complete. with. Tail-Lift. and. any.other.accessories.becomes.A.SINGLE.mACHINE.to.which.only.the.final.Installer.can.and.must.apply.the.“CE”.mark.and.issue.the.DECLARATION.OF.COmPLIANCE.In.order.to.comply.with.these.obligations,.and.as.a.result.of.any.modifications.that.may.be.necessary.during.installation,.the.Installer.must.perform.the.following.tasks:1.-..ensure.that.the.TAIL-LIFT.and.any.accessories.

conform.to.the.mACHINES.DIRECTIVE;2.-..carry.out.the.installation.in.accordance.with.

the.instructions.furnished.by.ANTEO.S.p.A..in.this.manual;

3.-..ensure.that.the.installation.is.compatible.with.the.vehicle.and. that. it.has.been.performed.in. accordance. with. the. manufacturer’s.instructions.and.recommendations;

4.-..fill.out.and.retain. for.at. least.TEN.years. the.Technical. Booklet. regarding. the. installation.performed,. including. with. it. all. the. product.documentation. (“ANTEO”. Declaration. of.Compliance),.calculations,.modifications.and.additional.documents;

5.-..scrupulously.perform.the.test.and.inspection.procedures;

6.-..deliver.the.“OPERATION.AND.mAINTENANCE.mANUAL”.to.the.end.user.

y.los.posibles.accesorios.estén.conformes.con.la.NORmATIVA.mÁQUINAS;

2.-..cerciorarse. de. que. el. montaje. se. efectúe.siguiendo.las.normas.prescritas.por.ANTEO.en.la.presente.publicación;

3.-..cerciorarse. de. que. la. instalación. resulte.compatible. con. el. vehículo. y. de. que. se.haya. efectuado. conformemente. con. las.indicaciones.de.la.Casa.Fabricante;

4.-..asegurarse. de. que. se. rellene. y. conserve.el. Fascículo. Técnico. correspondiente. a. la.instalación.efectuada,.por. lo.menos.durante.DIEz.años,. indicando.en.su.interior.todas.las.documentaciones.del.producto. (Declaración.de.Conformidad. “ANTEO”),. los.cálculos,. las.posibles.modificaciones.y. la.documentación.adicional;

5.-..asegurarse. de. que. las. pruebas. finales. se.realicen.esmeradamente;

(including.any.adjustments).of.ANTEO.REAR-LOCkING.HYDRAULIC.TAIL-LIFTS.(FIXED),.on.vehicles.designed. to. accommodate. them. (see. the.rules.and.instructions.issued.by.the.vehicle.manufacturer).

However,. this. manual. is. not. binding. and.ANTEO. S.p.A.. reserves. the. right. to. make.changes.to.its.products.at.any.time.without.notice,. and. without. recording. the. said.modifications.in.this.manual.

The. installation. instructions. contained. in.this.manual.regard.all.standard.production.REAR-LOCkING. TAIL-LIFTS. (FIXED). sold.in. Italy. and. in. other. countries.. where.procedures.differ.from.one.model.to.another,.this.will.be.indicated.in.the.manual.

The. validity. of. the. installation. instructions.contained.in.this.manual.is.limited.to.the.date.of.issue.thereof.

ANTEO.S.p.A..guarantees.its.products.only.in.respect.of.the.parts.that.it.has.designed.and.built.

ANTEO.S.p.A..shall.not.accept.any.liability.for.damage. resulting. from. the. incorrect.or.imperfect.assembly.of.its.equipment.on.the.vehicle.

Any. modifications. or. work. on. the. base.structures. of. Anteo. Tail-Lifts. must. be.expressly. requested. from. the. company’s.Technical. Department. which. will. always.

The.F3CL075.(*).series.tail-lifts.are.specifically.designed.for.vehicles.with.a.chassis.This.means.that.the.anchor.plates.(1).and.the.method.of.installation.can.vary.not.only.from.one.vehicle.model.to.another.but.also.depending.on.individual.model.features.(rear.overhang,.type.of.drive,.wheel.base,.etc.)..For.these.reasons.the.installation.methods.for.the.anchor.plates. have. been. collected. at. the. end. of. this. manual.and. subdivided. into. sheets.. An. index,. subdivided. by.manufacturer,.will.indicate.which.sheet.to.consult.

(*)..This. installation.does.NOT. require.new.holes. in. the.vehicle.for.anchoring.plates,.at.the.very.most.some.of.the.existing.holes.will.have.to.be.ENLARGED.

Before.proceeding.with.installation.it.is.necessary.to.check.that.the.basic.dimensions.of.the.tail-lift.are.compatible.with.the.vehicle.consulting.the.figures.below.and.the.relevant.tables.

The. basic. measurement. that. makes. installation. of. the.tail-lift. on. the. vehicle. possible. is. the. overhang. of. the.COUNTERFRAmE. from. the.end. to. the.FRAmE,. in.other.words.the.distance.“SC”.must.lie.between.the.minimum.and.maximum.values.shown.in.the.table.

INDICACIONES GENERALES

La.serie.F3CL075.(*).está.formada.por.trampillas.eleva-doras.expresamente.dedicadas.a.vehículos.con.chasis.portante.Esto. implica.que.las.placas.de.anclaje.(1),.así.como.el.modo. de. instalación. de. las. mismas,. además. de. variar.según.el.modelo.de.vehículo,.pueden.variar.también.en.función. de. algunas. características. del. mismo. modelo.(saliente.trasero,.tracción,..interaxis,.etc.)..Por.dicho.motivo,.los.modos.de.instalación.de.las.placas.de.anclaje.se.han.recogido.al.final.de.este.manual,.sub-divididos.en.fichas..Para.facilitar.la.consulta,.se.ha.creado.un.índice.ordenado.por.Fabricantes.

(*). Esta.instalación.NO.requiere.la.ejecución.de.nuevos.orificios.en.el.vehículo.para.el.anclaje.de.las.placas..Como.mucho,.será.necesario.ENSANCHAR.algunos.de.los.orificios.ya.existentes.

(19).(provided.with.the.original.supply).Lower.the.arms.of.the.tail-lift,.align.the.platform.with.the.articulation.and.operate.on.the.bolt.(18).with.the.tool.(19).until.the.joint.connector.is.fastened.to.the.platform.

Secure. the.pin. (18).with.screw.(21).and.Loctite. thread-locker.or.with.the.spring.dowel.Lock. the. plugs. (20). by. fitting. them. into. the. platform.profile.Steel.platforms.are.installed.with.bolts.secured.by.forks.and.screws.

CAUTIONWhen introducing the bolts, make sure that the seats are aligned with the articulations so as not to damage the self-lubricating teflon layer in the bushings.

Fijar.el.perno.(18).con.el.tornillo.(21).y.sellador.de.roscas.loctite.o.con.el.pasador.elástico.Bloquear.los.tapones.(20).engastándolos.en.el.perfil.de.la.plataforma.El. montaje. de. las. plataformas. de. acero. se. realiza. con.pernos.fijados.por.horquillas.y.tornillos.

ATENCIÓNDurante la introducción de los pernos, prestar atención a la alineación de los alojamientos con las articulacio-nes para no dañar la capa de teflon autolubrificante de los casquillos.

INTRODUCTION DES CODES DES éMETTEURS

Chaque émetteur est caractérisé par un codage différent. Le code généré est formé par un code client et un code personnel de l’émetteur. il est nécessaire que l’unité de commande saisisse les codes des émetteurs, car ne seront exécuté que les commandes provenant d’émet-teurs «reconnus».Pour saisir un nouveau émetteur :- enlever le couvercle du récepteur ;- mettre le récepteur en fonction (en appuyant sur la

touche ON jusqu’à l’émission d’un bip) ;- appuyer sur la touche rouge se trouvant sur la carte

principale et, en même temps, appuyer sur une touche fonction de l’émetteur ; la DEL verte commence à cli-gnoter indiquant ainsi que l’émetteur a été reconnu.

Apres la fin de la procédure : le couvercle du récepteur peut être fermé.

Remarque : le récepteur peut saisir 16 émetteurs diffé-rents au maximum ; en introduisant encore un autre code (17°), ceci substituera le premier qui a été saisi et ainsi de suite.

Le cas échéant, tous les codes saisis peuvent être effacés (par exemple en cas de perte d’un émetteur) : procéder comme il est indiqué :- enlever le couvercle du récepteur ;- appuyer sur la touche rouge pendant au moins 10

secondes sans utiliser aucune radiocommande ; la DEL verte clignote signalant ainsi que la mémoire a été effacée.

Il est nécessaire qu’un au moins émetteur soit saisi pour que l’unité de commande soit en état de service.

état d’arrêtLe récepteur est équipé d’une activation d’arrêt à radiofré-quence (depuis l’émetteur). La condition d’arrêt est signalée par l’allumage intermittent de la DEL rouge « E » et, si prévue, de la DEL rouge externe fixe. De plus, dans cette condition la sortie d’ARRÊT est activée. Avec le système d’arrêt, aucune sortie ne sera présente sur les connecteurs. Pour quitter l’état d’arrêt il faut «remettre à zéro» le récepteur en coupant l’alimentation pendant au moins 10 sec.

INSERTION OF TRANSMITTER CODES

Every transmitter has a different code. The generated code consists of a customer code and the personal code of the transmitter. The acquisition of at least one transmitter is necessary in order to make the receiver operational.

Shutdown status When necessary all functions can be shut down using the special red STOP key. This has priority over all other keys, so the stop command can be given even when other functions are on.When the stop function is activated the transmitter emits a series of stop commands, signals the function by means of brief acoustic signals, and switches itself off. To reset the transmitter carry out the procedure for turning it on.

El código generado está formado por un código cliente y un código personal del transmisor: es necesario proceder a la adquisición de los códigos transmisores por parte de la centralita, pues se pueden ejecutar sólo los mandos provenientes de transmisores “reconocidos”.

Para adquirir un nuevo transmisor:- quitar la tapa del receptor;- encender el transmisor (apretar la tecla ON hasta que

suene la señal acústica);- pulsar la tecla roja colocada en la tarjeta principal y, al

mismo tiempo, apretar una tecla función del transmisor; el led verde inicia a destellar indicando que el transmisor ha sido reconocido.

Terminado el procedimiento: se puede cerrar la tapa del receptor.

Nota: el receptor puede incorporar un máximo de 16 transmisores diferentes, la introducción de otro código (17°) sustituirá el primero incorporado y así sucesivamente.

En caso de necesidad es posible cancelar todos los códigos adquiridos (por ejemplo, luego de la pérdida de un transmisor): proceder de la siguiente manera:- quitar la tapa del receptor;- apretar la tecla roja durante por lo menos 10 segundos

sin utilizar radiomandos; el led verde destella indicando que la memoria ha sido cancelada.

Es necesaria la adquisición de por lo menos un transmisor para que la centralita sea operativa.

Estado de paradaEl receptor dispone de una activación de parada a radiofrecuencia (del transmisor). La condición de parada se señala mediante el encendido intermitente del led rojo ‘E’ y, donde previsto, del led rojo externo de luz fija. Además, en esta condición se activa la salida de STOP.Con el sistema parado, no habrá ninguna salida de los conectores. Para salir del estado de parada, es necesario “reiniciar” el receptor quitando la alimentación durante por lo menos 10 seg.

-. Colocar.la.plataforma.a.mitad.de.camino.entre.el.terreno.y.la.superficie.de.carga.del.vehículo..Colocar.encima.un.peso. igual.al.125%.de. la.carga.nominal.admitido.sobre.el.baricentro.correspondiente.y.controlar.transcu-rridos.15.min..que.no.existan.variaciones.de.inclinación.superiores.a.2°.ni.deformaciones.permanentes.en.las.estructuras;

anchor.plates.mUST.NEVER.have.their.cross.sections.compressed.by. the.bolts.passing. through. them,. for.this.purpose.a.short.section.of.metal.tube.is.provided.which.can.be.cut.to.produce.suitable.SPACERS.of.the.right.size;

-. the.SPACERS.must.be.of.a.size.that.does.not.deform.the.fixing.plates.of.the.vehicle.or.the.anchor.plates;
