IS HEREBY CERTIFIED AS QUALIFIED FOR

Performance of general contractor's, design, production and installation activities related to the modification, maintenance and repair of systems and system elements belonging to safety

classes 1, 2, 3 as per ABOS classification (Nuclear Power Plant Safety Classification).

Performance of certification tests (non-destructive testing of materials) related to the modification, maintenance and repair of mechanical process systems and system elements

belonging to safety classes 2 and 3 as per ABOS classification;

Designing, production, installation and maintenance ofmechanical, electrical and IC components of the cranes, crane-ways and lifting equipment class[fzed into safety class 3 of

ABOS classifzcation.

Performance of construction-related design and installation activities connected to the modifzcation of construction buildings and building structures (nuclear purpose construction

buildings) related to the nuclear power plant.

GENERAL LIMITATIONS

Within the scope of non-destructive testing, X-ray and ultrasonic examinations can be performed by the private entrepreneur through the involvement of an accredited sub-contractor.

The design activities in relation with the systems and system elements classified into safety class 1 of ABOS classification shall not extend to the designing of complete systems and complete equipment of the primary water circuit.

Construction-related design and installation activities cover the following types of work:

1. designing of technical design documentation of nuclear installations;

2. designing of crane, crane-ways and lifting equipment;

3. manufacturing of welded steel structures for construction purposes; installation of welded steel structures and other building structures and casings;

4. manufacturing and installation of cranes, crane-ways and lifting equipment; manufacturing of associated steel structures;

5. preparation of corrosion-resistant protective paint coatings, thermally sprayed metal coatings, coating systems and fire-resistant paint coating systems for load-bearing steel structures;

6. implementation of technical solutions for fastening in the building structures from concrete, iron concrete, solid and hollow bricks;

7. cutting of openings in the concrete and iron concrete structures by means of diamond core-drilling and with the help of a diamond disc cutter;

8. full-scope building construction within the framework of general contracting.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The certificate in accordance with ISO 9001 :2008 standard should be renewed prior to its expiry, a copy of the certificate should be submitted to MVM Paks NPP Ltd. Deadline: 18/12//2017

2. The certificate in accordance with MSZ EN ISO 3834-2:2006 standard should be renewed prior to its expiry, a copy of the certificate should be submitted to MVM Paks NPP Ltd. Deadline: 18/07 I 120 16

3. It is necessary that the "EN-A"competences in accordance with the Government Decree No. 266/2013 (VII. 11.) should be obtained; the copy thereof to be submitted to MVM Paks NPP Ltd. Deadline: 3 0/09//2015

The Pinter Works - Csaba Pinter EV is obligated to announce any changes in its quality management system, technical ability, as well as in its staff important from the point of view of quality to MVM Paks NPP Ltd., at the latest within two weeks after occurrence of the change. Disregarding the reporting deadline may result in restriction, or full withdrawal, of the certificate.

JUSTIFICATION

The prolongation of the nuclear certificate of Pinter Works - Csaba Pinter EV was requested by the Mechanical Maintenance Service Section of the Maintenance Service Department of Maintenance Division of MVM Paks NPP Ltd. from the Quality Control Section of the Quality Management Department of the Division of Safety and Security of MVM Paks NPP Ltd. The certification procedure has been initiated by MVM Paks NPP Ltd, within the framework thereof a quality audit was conducted on 5!!1 August 2015 in the headquarters of Csaba Pinter EV in Kecel.

During the audit, on the basis of requirements listed in Enclosure No. Ml of the procedure FEL005 of MVM Paks NPP Ltd., the auditors have performed a review on the quality management system in accordance with the audit plan previously sent.

Experts performing the audit have made sure of tasks related to management, execution and inspection are performed by Pinter Works- Csaba Pinter EV in accordance with the relevant requirements. With respect to the activity to be certified, its experts' training level and qualification comply with the specified by the MVM Paks NPP Ltd ..

An appeal against the qualified fields and condition can be lodged within 15 days addressed to the Safety Manager of MVM Paks Nuclear Power Plant Ltd..
