Enprove developed the software ENalyzer with one specific goal: provide an answer to the following:
where are the energy losses?
how much money are we losing?
how can we quickly fix the energy losses?
This software goes beyond the standard reporting and structuring of energy data.
What is a possible cause for this increased
energy consumption?
Option 1: this increase is completely normal and due to high outside temperatures or increased production.
Option 2: this increase is caused by a machine problem that caused a loss.
The ENalyzer can make the difference and
provides a filter that only sends out a warning
in case of option 2.
How does it work?
- We understand the physical operation of the installation and identify the energy drivers
- Based on the energy drivers, we predict the energy use of the installations.
After a root cause analysis of the most expensive and frequent causes of losses, we can make our
system more intelligent. By recognizing those losses more quickly, more money can be saved.
