Cause State adviser sends out messages or “tweets” directly to specific distribution lists (i.e board
members, state officers, advisors). It is sent to their cell phone. This is in addition to the traditional
email chain system.Effect All intended recipients have two points of reference that they can utilize. Their instant
message received on their phone, and a permanent copy in their email.Result The state advisor receives little to no requests for
redundant information, and the local advisers are more informed.
