The 2015 Itemization and Fee Details Window

The 2015 Itemization shows details of closing costs and other charges. The fees are en-

tered into the 2015 Itemization form which will populate the LE and CD

General Guidelines for Entering Fees on the 2015 Itemization

• Type the costs and fees assigned to the Borrower, Seller, or Both• For calculated fields, the value is populated in the Borrower fields by default.

Amounts entered into the Seller side will be automatically deducted from the Borrower

• Use the check boxes in the columns on the right to specify the characteristics of the fee

• Click the Fee Details icon to open the Fee Details pop-up window to enter and edit data
