How to overcome barriers to inclusion
The Legal Ground• Always have policies and procedures to follow
and record any incidences of malpractice• Report to your manager if you think someone
is being excluded or resources are insufficient to meet a persons needs
• Monitor your setting to make sure it is inclusive

How to overcome barriers to inclusion
Training
Service providers need to make sure their setting is promoting equality and diversity and to do this their staff need to be trained appropriately. Care companies, early years settings and health care establishments all need to send their staff on regular training
