Each program is built around three core components: entrepreneurship, design thinking, and global leadership. Students participate in four program tiers: workshops with mentors, collaborative projects, social activities and travel. Students travel throughout Philadelphia and take day trips to New York City and Washington D.C. to see popular sites, meet with entrepreneurial leaders, and tour company headquarters.

Approximately 50% of the students in each program are international students and 50% are from the United States.

A Day in the Life of an eSCHift StudentProgram participants meet on the SCH Academy campus most days from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Each day will include a mix of design thinking projects, leadership workshops, discussions with leading entrepreneurs, and social activities. Students will enjoy some time off on Saturday and Sunday to spend with their host families or guest and will travel to New York City and Washington, D.C. for one day each during the program. One additional program highlight for participants is our campus ropes course and adventure challenge.

Throughout the program students work together on highly interactive design challenges for a client. In the final days of the program students have the opportunity to pull together everything they have learned through the development of a product or service that is all their own. We plan to offer free online workshops and resources for our network of young entrepreneurs when they return home.

TUITION: Program tuition is $2200. Room, board, ground transportation to and from the airport, and all meals are provided for an additional fee of $1300. Families who host a visiting student receive a $700 discount.
