That evening, he wrote on a stone, “Today my best friend saved my life.” The friend who had slapped and saved his best friend asked him, “After I hurt you, you wrote in the sand and now you write on a stone. Why?” He replied: “When someone hurts us we should write it in sand where the winds of forgiveness can erase it away. But, when someone does something good for us, we must en- grave it in stone where it will long be remembered.” Learn to write your hurts in sand and carve your benefits in stone. Pay-Down-Debt SundayMarch 30

March 30th is the fifth Sunday of the month of March. The elders want to continue the practice of a special collec-tion on the fifth Sundays for the express purpose of paying down the debt on the building renovation note. The response was good at the end of December. $6,796.25 was donated and was paid directly on the principal of the debt.

PLEASE PLAN AND PRAY FOR THIS SPECIAL COLLECTION

We will print copies of the new church directory for those of you without a device mentioned above. If you have not updated information, stop by the Wel-come Center.
