Abstract
Life used to be easy. If you were an Exchange or SharePoint Administrator the question was when, and how to convince your IT Manager and/or CIO of the value, to upgrade your system to the latest version. While we have faced hosted vs. on-premises discussions, the cloud (IaaS, SaaS,etc) increases the complexity of Infrastructure decisions and gives a direct voice to the business stakeholder. In this session we will analyze a real-life scenario where a company must figure out not only how to change their infrastructure from Exchange/SharePoint 2010 to 2013 but where the content should live. Making this decisions based on business needs, compliance and security is Infrastructure as Information Architecture (IaIA).

What to do
Prioritize Content− What type of Hybrid are you building?− Move e-mail first
Identify the initial effort to move content− Migration of content− Synchronization of content
Perform the Business Cost Analysis− Describe the risk of NOT utilizing Hybrid− How will the Infrastructure be managed?
Monitor Usage Across All Tools
