Visa Process :

Most visitors may enter Turkey without a visa, or by easily buying a "sticker visa" at the airport, maritime port, or border-crossing point.

You hand the clerk your passport and the fee in CASH, the clerk sticks a stamp in your passport and you're on your way. The clerk doesn't look you up in a database or scan your passport or take your name or anything. The whole thing takes 10 seconds.

Basically, the sticker visa fee is just a tourist tax.

Be sure your passport is valid for at least 90 days from the expiration date of your anticipated visa period, or you may not be admitted. That means that if you are entitled to a 90-day visa, be sure your passport is valid for at least 180 days beyond the date you anticipate entering Turkey.

Pursuant to Turkish government regulations instituted on January 12, 2012, "90-day tourist visa" means that you can visit Turkey for up to 90 days within any 180-day period.

You can get your visa in advance, before you arrive in Turkey, from any Turkish consulate, but it entails time and extra expense (you'll pay a "visa processing fee.") It's much simpler to just buy your visa at the border if you are allowed to. If you’re not allowed to get your visa from the border Gates , CC team will provide you the invitation letter.

WELCOME TO TURKEY !

Turkey is located at the southwestern extremity of Asia and at the southeastern extremity of

Europe. With territories in two continents, Turkey is a bridge between them and at the same time a door leading from one to the other. Turkey is situated between 36-42° north latitude and between 26-45° east longitude. Its maximum north-south distance is 650 km (404 miles) while the maximum east-west distance is 1,600 km (994 miles). Turkey is bordered on the west by Greece and Bulgaria, on the east by Georgia and Armenia and Iran, and on the south by Iraq and Syria. Turkey is also surrounded by three seas: the Black Sea in the north, the Aegean Sea on the west, and the Mediterranean Sea on the south. Located within Turkey are two vital straits: the Bosphorus, which connects the Black Sea to the inland Sea of Marmara, and the Dardanelles, which connects the Sea of Marmara, to the Aegean Sea. Turkey's land borders measure 2,700 km (1,678 miles) in length while its coasts measures 6,000 km (3,729 miles). Topographically, Turkey is quite varied. Its surface features developed during several geological eras with the result that one finds young mountains adjacent to ancient ones. The average altitude above sea level is 1,130 m (3,707 ft). The Taurus change of mountains runs almost parallel to the southern coats, while the Anti-Taurus mountains run very nearly the full length of the northern. The two mount) in systems converge in eastern Anatolia. Between them, there are broad, high plateaus running east and west. Turkey is divided into seven geographical regions. The Black Sea region stretches along the Black Sea coast.

Eastern mountainous area has inhospitable climate, with hot, extremely dry summers and bitter winters.

Rainfall varies, ranging from annual average of more than 2,500 millimeters on eastern Black Sea coast to less than 250 millimeters in central plateau area.

Izmir

The legendary female warriors, the Amazons, founded

Izmir, or Smyrna as it was called in Ancient Times,

according to one story. Alternatively, according to

another tale, the Lelegs established it. The city is

located on the Aegean Coast in the west of Turkey and

the city is the biggest and most important settlement

in the Aegean Region. Izmir, which has managed to

modernize whilst preserving its archaelogical and historical

assets is an important trade centre, because of its port.

The city, known as “Beautiful Izmir” in Turkey, is located at the start of a long and

narrow gulf, decorated with yachts, passenger ships and gulf steamers. It has a warm

climate and the cooling sea breeze in the summer takes away the burning heat of the

sun. Izmir, which enjoys a special cultural and historical identity, is the third largest

city in Turkey. Its port, located inside the gulf, is the second largest in Turkey. As a

lively and cosmopolitan city, it occupies a significant place in Turkey’s cultural life

with the International Arts Festival and International Fair.

The whole of the coastal road is enchanting. The districts of Alsancak and Karşıyaka

are areas offering great opportunities to meet the locals in the many restaurants,

cafes and along walking paths.

Izmir is attractively multi-cultural. From the perspective of cultural identity, its

present socio-demographic composition is still characterized by tolerance towards

different religions and cultures due to its Levantine, Jewish and Christian heritage.

The synagogues and churches, which are open to visitors and still used, are important

signs of this multi-cultural character.

Summers, due to Mediterranean climate in the region are hot and dry, while winters

are warm and rainy. The temperature rarely drops below zero in the winter months.

Area: approximately 330 square miles / 855 square kilometres

Population: approximately 4.7 million

Average daily Izmir January temperature: 12°C / 5

Average daily Izmir July temperature: 33°C / 91°F
