Welcome...

I am delighted to see the varied programme of events that are

planned for the remainder of 2014. There is plenty to choose fromwith all ages catered for. The range of events includes sports,theatre, festivals, family entertainment, dance, culture, markets andliterature.

There are returning favourites such as the Bram Stoker Festival,Culture Night, Dublin at Christmas and the New Years Festival willsee 2014 come to a spectacular close. Events play an importantrole in the cultural and economic development of the City as wellas ongoing development of Dublin as a tourism destination.

Dublin City Council is proud to be associated with the variety ofevents that are held in Dublin on an annual basis and will continueto work with all our partners to ensure that the programmecontains variety and diversity and that there are opportunities foreveryone to enjoy the entertainment, fun, and celebrations of theCity in a family-friendly, inclusive and safe environment.
