Gable top packaging equipment, which forms, fills and seals paper gable top cartons, is ideal for pasteurized, ESL (Extended Shelf Life), ELL® (Extended Long Life), and hot fill applications. These versatile machines fill cartons from 4 oz. up to half-gallon (150ml up to two liter), at speeds from 30 up to 340 cartons per min-ute. SPOUT-PAK® twist-off closures also are available for most gable top cartons.

Evergreen’s Eco-Pak® system is the most cost-effective filling solution for the school, institutional and single-serve markets. The reliable N-8 fills up to 20,400 cartons per hour. The New servo-driven N-100 pack-ages 4 to 8-ounce (125 to 250ml) cartons at speeds up to 10,200 cph, and 10- to 16-ounce (300 to 500ml) cartons up to 8,500 cph.

Evergreen’s New servo-driven Q-35 and Q-70 filling machines are specifi-cally designed for ease-of-operation and accessibility to maximize produc-tion efficiencies. The single line Q-35 is capable of filling up to 3,500 quarts/liters and up to 4,500 fractional cartons per minute, while the double line Q-70 fills

up to 7,000 quarts/liters and up to 9,000 fractional cartons per minute. Their infi-nite fill capability of 6 to 32 oz. (180 to 1150ml) gives manufacturers of low-and high-acid beverages the flexibility needed to bring new products to market quickly and economically.

The EH-3 features a high-hygienic environment that maintains product

quality and refrigerated shelf life of ultra-pasteurized product. It forms, fill and seals half-gallon (2 liter) gable top cartons up to 140cpm (8,400cph).

The EQ-5 is capable of form-ing, filling and sealing US quart

gable top cartons at up to 120 per minute, liters at up to 112 per min-ute and fractional sizes

at up to 150 per minute. Two carton sizes can be filled at one time for improved produc-tion scheduling.
