Process Guidelines
AIESEC in TUNISIA
Go to
experience.aiesec.org and
then – “my Committee”
To create TMP/TLP
Opportunity, click on the tab
“Teams” & select a team where
you want to allocate member
Click “ + ” to create
a new position
Fill ALL the details
about opened
position
Choose “ external
” if this position is
open for new
members, and “
internal ” if your
member already
had previous
experience
Choose “ Global ”
if you want
international
applicants, and “
National ” if only
from Tunisia
Click “Save
Position” & then –
“View
Opportunity”
Click “Edit” tofill
information
about the
position
Make sure you
filled all the
information,
because if you
didn’t – you
cannot Open
Opportunity
Make sure that
you Saved all the
information
Now your
Opportunity is
ready! All you
need to do is to
click “Mark
Open”
And it’s Open
now
If you’re new member
– register here! If you
already have account
– just access with your
Login & Password
Click on
“Campus
Involvement”
Select
Opportunity that you
want to apply
If you have difficulties finding your opportunity, ask
your LCVPTM to give you ID # of opportunity, then
type:
www.experience.aiesec.org/#/campus/ID#
(e.g. www.experience.aiesec.org/#/campus/674365 )
Click “Apply Now”
Sometimes you
cannot apply,
because not all
information is
filled ;)
Click here to edit
your profile
Or you can do ithere
Click “Apply Now”
Congratulations!
You did it!
Go to the
Opportunities Tab
& select “My
opportunities”Select the
opportunity that
you want to match
Click on “Applications”, where you can
find all your applicants. Click on one you
want to Match
Click on “Match”!
What if you
cannot find
“Match” button?
Click on the
Profile of the
Applicant
And mark as
“Interviewed”
Now you are
ready to Match!
(Click “Match”)
Now it’s time to
wait until your
applicant
confirm
matching
Go to
www,interships,aiesec,org
And click on “My applications”
Here you can find all opportunities you’ve applied for.
Click “Sign Acceptance Note” if you want to confirm
your application for Opportunity
Add your Signature &
Click – I Agree
After member sign Acceptance Note, you will see that
opportunity is matched. Now it’s time to Realize!
Click on “Realize”
Fill Startingand Ending
Dates, and then Click -
Realize
Congrats! Your member has officially started his TMP/TLP experience!
And now you can
find this person in
your teams
structure
