Mine Supervisor Certification – NEW!
A new provision, added in February 2017 to the Code, was the reintroduction of a Supervisor’s Certification.
This requirement comes into force on June 1, 2018.Applies to anyone supervising 6 or fewer persons on an
active mine operation (including exploration sites).
The link to the Mine Supervisor Certification was made available on April 16.
