WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING?All massage, facial & body treatments include theuse of our health and wellness facilities. We provideluxurious robes & slippers, but suggest you bring abathing suit and fitness clothes if you wish to soak,swim or exercise.

WHAT SHOULD YOU WEAR DURING YOURTREATMENT?Most body treatments are enjoyed withoutclothing. During all treatments the body is fullydraped except for the area being worked on.

SHOULD YOU SHAVE?Shaving is recommended but not necessaryfor men prior to a facial. If you choose to shave priorto your facial, be sure to allocate at least two hoursbetween shaving and your appointment. Shaving isnot recommended prior to body treatments or hairremoval services.

WHAT IF YOU ARE LATE FOR AN APPOINTMENT?Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment,thus decreasing its effectiveness and your pleasure.Your treatment will end on time, so that the nextguest is not delayed. The full value of yourtreatment will be charged.

HOTEL AMENITIESDuring our summer season, Memorial Day- LaborDay, Spa party guests who are not guests of thehotel can be eligible to gain access to our outdoorpool and private beach. Spa party guests with any50 minute or more Spa treatment can pay anadditional $50 to purchase a combination outdoorpool and beach pass. Based on availability. Holidaysand Weekends are excluded. Day passes must bepurchased in advance. Beach towels obtained atoutdoor locker room. Non-returned towels will be afee of $35.00 per towel When your contract issubmitted you will be charged for the outdoor poolor beach passes. Wristbands will be given the dayof your party. State and local guidelines apply andmust be followed for capacity at the outdoor pooland beach.

WHAT IS THE SCHEDULING ANDCANCELLATION POLICY?We encourage you to schedule yourappointment prior to your arrival at the resort toobtain your preferred time. Walk- ins arewelcome but not guaranteed. All appointmentsmust be reserved with a credit card. Should youwish to cancel or change an appointment, werequire 24 hours’ notice or a 100% cancellationfee will be charged. AGE POLICYChildren over the age of 16 are welcome to enjoyspa treatments with a signed waiver by a parentor guardian. The child must be with a therapist ofthe same gender. Children ages 12-16 arewelcome to enjoy treatments in the Salon accompanied by an adult. To protect the tranquilnature of the spa and its environment, childrenunder the age of 16 are not permitted to use thespa facilities including Spa Lounge and lockerroom.
