It all starts with end users just like yourself. Our products are designed with the direct involvement of real world professionals from every branch of the public safety family tree.
5.11 Tactical hosts Product Development Meetings across the USA where end users learn about 5.11’s mission and participate in product requirement and design sessions. Its only through these sessions that we can begin to understand what really works and what you really want.
Our new Responder ALS and BLS bags (pages 45-47) are tremendous examples of the result of this process. Loaded with features, and built with a great deal of flexibility to ensure that your mission is achieved.
5.11 CEO Dan Costa, pictured above in khaki with members of the Glendale Regional Safety Training Center located in Arizona, was named an Honorary Chief in 2008 in appreciation of his mission to bring functional, comfortable and practical Station Wear to the public safety market. Captains Tom Lazzara and Lex Worthy have been instrumental to 5.11’s continued success in the Fire and EMS markets and we look forward to what the future holds with end users like Tom and Lex.
