Blessed Sacrament Church, Knights of Columbus, Council #931, will be sponsoring the

Annual Homecoming Lasagna Dinner On Saturday, February 24 in the Parish Hall

following the 4:00 pm Mass.

Our Lady of the Valley Catholic School will begin registering new students on February 12, 2018. We are excited to announce new,

lower tuition rates for the 2018-19 school year. OLV is a National Blue Ribbon of Excellence Award Winner for both 1999 and 2011,

the only Birmingham area Catholic school to receive this prestigious award. Our high quality academics and exceptional fine arts

offerings include nationally recognized science and drama programs.

Yet it is our religious foundation that makes OLV the best choice for your children. Our students consistently score in the top 97th

percentile on the national Assessment for Children in Religious Education. Prayer and daily religious instruction along with weekly

Mass, service projects and religious field trips prepare our students

to make decisions based on gospel values.

Our school thanks Fr. Culotta and the St. Mark’s Parish for your

continued support. I ask that you prayerfully consider providing your

child with a Catholic education. Please call our office at 991-5963 or

email [email protected] for information about becoming a part

of the OLV School community.
