Schedule of Events:

Kid’s Area- Tickets available for the kid’s raffle as well as games and crafts! Fun for kids of all ages and plenty of great raffle items to win.

Adult Raffle- Enter to win gift cards and other items from popular destinations around the tri-cities!

Silent Auction- Each student prepares a basket reflecting his/her individual talents and interests. Everything from a date night basket with a gift card and babysitting coupon to a beach-themed basket for vacationers! Support our students and find whatever you need!

Live Auction- Big ticket items such as a weekend away, sports tickets, and even a safari to Africa! Bid on gourmet dinners from FBCG famed chefs and pastors.

Student Work Teams- Need some yard work done? How about a hand with spring cleaning? Bid on student work teams for whatever project you may around the house. Larger work teams (10+ students) and smaller work teams are available for bidding to meet all of your spring needs. Don’t need anything done? Consider buying a team for an elderly neighbor.

Childcare- Available for children aged 3 and under.

Food- Available for purchase representing the cuisine from some of our Latin American destinations. Our students will be serving up the good stuff!

student work teAMsThis year, we will feature our student work teams as part of our Silent Auction. There will be a few larger teams available (10+) as well as numerous smaller teams of 5 or 6 students.

Teams will be available: May 3 May 10 May 17 May 24

from 9am to 3pm

Teams can do yardwork, indoor cleaning or any special projects you may have around the house. Purchase a team for yourself or perhaps for a friend or neighbor in need.

Our students understand that serving is not just something we do on our trips, and these work days are a great opportunity to get them in the pattern of serving and preparing their hearts for the trips ahead.

Besides, who likes to mulch anyway?
