FCC H2020 Scope and StrategyIn line with European Strategy update: • Prepare a concept for a future energy-frontier hadron collider,
including its required infrastructure, to assess its feasibility in terms of technological reach and project implementation at a global level and to present a cost estimate.
• Address key machine design aspect for a future lepton collider based on the same infrastructure.
• Physics, experiment and detector aspects not included in H2020.

H2020 contents vs overall FCC
• FCC hh• The 4 proposed WPs contain the most important and critical
design aspects for performance, cost and feasibility of HH.• Injector complex and Infrastructure studies are not included.
They are site specific and will be guaranteed by CERN.• Cost estimate will be included in management WP. All technical
systems and infrastructure not included in H2020 will be based on scaling or extrapolation from LHC experience and from ongoing EU programs (EuCARD2, HiLumi, etc.)
• FCC ee• Proposed WP focuses on most important and critical design
aspects for machine performance.
