FIA WTCC MEDIA ACCREDITATION GUIDELINES 2017 1: ONLINE ACCREDITATION For print/online media planning to attend an FIA World Touring Car Championship event in the country where their publication/agency is based, please apply directly to the National Press Officer of that event. A list of National Press Officers can be found below. For print/online media planning to attend an FIA WTCC event not in the country where their publication/agency is based or wishing to apply for an all-season media pass, applications must be made online at https://acr.fia.com/ECR/. TV/radio stations, filming companies and any websites streaming moving images must apply to the WTCC promoter, Eurosport Events, by emailing [email protected]. First-time, international race-by-race applicants must register via the online accreditation system before any application for accreditation can be submitted. After approval by the FIA the applicant will receive an email, which will give access to the online accreditation system. Only then can an accreditation application be submitted. Please note that the FIA reserves the right to refuse access to the online accreditation system. After approval the online accreditation system can be accessed via the FIA website with the user’s chosen ID and password. The online accreditation system can be used for accreditation requests for all rounds of the 2017 WTCC. The online accreditation system not only gives the possibility to apply for a press credential but also to monitor current and past requests any time the user logs into their account. 2: DEADLINES FOR APPLICATIONS Applications for all WTCC events in 2017 open on 1 January 2017 with the deadlines appearing below. Applications cannot be made via the online system after the respective deadline.
