【Installation】 When the power supply and FCU uses the same power source, make sure the voltage is correct. Power supply cable and electric valve control cable
should be between 0.5 ~ 1.25mm2. Control cable diameter too big may cause damage to the terminal block. Too small the diameter, may not be able to carry the current device.
PWM inverter FCU control cable, no. of FCU will distribute in according to model no. wiring diagram will be provided by the inverter manufacture and wiring needed to follow accordingly.
Please use two cores AWG#22 shield twisted pair wire for MODBUS network wiring, network connecting must be the daisy chain style and Jack Box or parallel connection are prohibited. Pay attention! Network wiring should keep the potential positive and negative polarity correct.
DFC can be applied to 2-piping, 4-piping fan coil and direct expansion air-conditioning machine control applications, different model of control functions to be set within DFC internal parameters, please refer to the technical manual.
Use four cores AWG # 22 shield twisted pair wire as network cable to connect between NFC32V and DFC controller, in which two cores is act as the NFC32V power cord.
All network wire must have independent EMT, and must keep distance with power line to avoid disturbance, as ensures network communication in good quality..
DFC provides two or three positions motorized valve control function, when use in two position valve control occasion just connects to OPEN terminal leave CLOSE terminal alone.
Digital input points must be dry contact, such as the use of motion, detect sensor devices require an external power supply, please provide it own power source.
Control valve and the fan coil unit common point grounding should be connected to the same power source earth grounding; the wrong wiring will not operate properly.
DFC factory preset 5A fuse, When the control is greater than the capacity of electrical equipment, it should require an addition, auxiliary Relay, otherwise it may cause the fuse burned
