A third generation Californian (actually a thirdgeneration Southern Californian).

Raised as a Quaker as was his father andgrandfather.

Attended Palos Verdes High School:• Tried out for baseball team but didn't make it•won the bowling clubchampionship twoyears running

Moved to Sonora for a job (the fact that it is close togreat skiing was a plus)

Came to Sonoma County for another job and alsograduate school at S.S.U.

Has a Masters in Human Resources Management

Is in the same profession as his father and motherand grandfather

MYSTERY ROTARIAN

This Californian has never left Sonoma County (highschool, junior college, and SSU). He was extremelyhirsute in high school—with mutton chop sideburns, whichhe didn't shave until college.

His daddy took him hunting at an early age and he stillloves it dearly.

Met his wife at a church retreat when they were juniors inhigh school.

Took a job in his career the day after he graduated fromSSU. He selected his profession 'cause he thought itwould pay a lot more than being a forest ranger (he wasright).

He still has that first job (but got one promotion severalyears ago).

His first love is the outdoors—he enjoys all sports andoften takes the family to their 12,000 acre ranch in thecoastal range for a little "pig huntin'" and "bass fishin"'.

Who is this paragon of stability?


President Dan asked anyone who was unable to pay theirfines from Russ Locker, to 'fess up. Response was notoverwhelming.

Bill Anderson—is back from medical rehab and a big trial in SanFrancisco, which got a $1.2 million judgment. Bill gave $100 tohis PHF and $15 for his birthday.

Tom Eakin—got his and hers aprons. $30.

Stan and Valerie Walker—went to Southern California for theiranniversary, $15.

Leroy Carlenzoli—visited Arizona and stayed with the Jensensand played golf with Paul Harris (I?). Leroy then went to SanDiego for a meeting so he could write off his trip, $100 to hisPHF.

The mystery Rotarian was Randy Seelye, who discussed hisexperiences as a journalist; administrator; and computer whiz.
