YOGA FOR STRESSAGES 18 & OVER VALERIE LANELooking to de-stress? Activities like yoga & meditation are the perfect ways to take some stress out of your life. Whether you are trying to find a better balance, your doctor recommended yoga, or you are looking for a little peace and quiet each week, this yoga class is for you! Through the session we will move through stress-relieving yoga postures and practices, breathing exercises, and various types of meditation. This class is for beginners and advanced yoga practitioners alike, and varied forms of each pose will be given. Please bring a yoga mat, any props you have (such as blocks or straps), and a blanket.

We will begin by mindfully tuning in, then flow our way into yoga poses and plenty of imaginative play. Next, we will read a yoga book, play a yoga game, or get creative during craft time. Family yoga is concluded with relaxation and a chance to share how we feel. We hope to see you there. We will be outside! AUTHENTIC YOGA WITH MEETAAGES 18 & OVER MEETA GAJJAR PARKERThe ancient practice of yoga is a combination of exercises, breathing and meditation techniques. It has long been an effective way of relieving emotional stress, stretching and toning the body and connecting with yourself. ALL AGES FRENCH CREEK RACINGJoin open water training sessions for fitness, for a triathlon, an open water swim, or any other competition at the Newark Reservoir located at 240 Old Paper Mill Road on Monday evenings from 6 - 8 p.m. Open water sessions in Delaware extend from May 7 through September 24. No prior open water experience is necessary, but swimmers must be confident in their ability to swim a 200 - 300 meter course without assistance. All swimmers must wear a bright colored swim cap or a brightly colored New Waves Swim Buoy. Online registration will only be taken at www.imathlete.com.
