Boston Hospital Transportation (BHT)Enjoy comfortable and safe wheelchair accessible transportation directly from Cape Cod to Boston Hospitals. Cape Cod RTA provides medical transportation services on Monday through Friday by reservation to all the major hospitals in Boston.Schedule your medical appointments between 10:00 a.m. & 2:00 p.m.The bus will leave Boston by 3:00 p.m.

ADA Paratransit Service: Door-to-door shared-ride service for qualified individuals unable to use the Cape Cod RTA fixed route buses.DART - Dial-A-Ride TransportationThe Cape Cod RTA provides door-to-door shared-ride service for all Cape Cod residents and visitors for any purpose.DART Service: Available Monday through Saturday in all 15 towns with limited service on Sunday. DART Reservation Request Procedures:• Travel reservation requests can only be

made between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, by dialing the Cape Cod RTA Customer Service toll free at 800.352.7155 and selecting option 1.

• Have your travel information ready, including the full and exact address of your destination. Every attempt will be made to accommodate reservation requests. Time adjustments may be necessary.

• Weekday reservation requests must be made by 12:00 p.m. the day before you intend to travel.

• Weekend and Monday reservation requests must be made by 12:00 p.m. the Friday before you intend to travel.

• Allow 2 days advance notice for reservation requests following a holiday.

• Remember to reserve a space for your authorized Personal Care Attendant (PCA). Only PCAs ride at no cost. Escorts/Companions pay full fare.

• Reservation requests can be made up to two weeks in advance for single trips and 1 year in advance for recurring trips.

• FLEX deviates off its route up to 3/4 mile by reservation. There are two (2) deviations per trip. Reservations for off-route stops must be made at least two hours before scheduled pick-up by calling Cape Cod RTA Customer Service at 800.352.7155.

• Deviations in Provincetown are limited to the following locations: Outer Cape Health, housing off of Race Point Road, Provincetown Inn area.
