It is the Auctioneer’s discretion as to how to deal with any remainder of the package.

4. The Auctioneer must know that you’re bidding to acknowledge your bid. Do what is necessary to ensure that this happens. The

Fund-a-Need

How it works

The auctioneer will coordinate collaborative bidding. In other

words, all bids will accumulate to reach the goal of the need. By

bidding, you are simply making a 100% tax-deductible donation to

the church designated for the need. Note that these funds are not

part of the Service Auction proceeds, but instead are designated

for the particular purpose for which they are being raised. The

auctioneer will suggest a dollar amount to donate, simply raise

your paddle at the amount you are comfortable giving.

#5001 Eldredge Annex Roof and Repairs

Even after the new

fellowship hall is built, and

the church expanded, the

Eldredge Annex will

continue to be a vital

building, providing critical

office and meeting space.

A significant amount of

maintenance was completed by volunteers Randy Ruchotzke and

Michael Lee this spring (many thanks!!). However there is work

remaining that we need to hire a professional to complete,

specifically, the roof and carpet need to be replaced, and other

miscellaneous repairs. Any funds raised in excess of the cost of the

immediate repairs needed will be used for other building repairs in

the future.
