A $1.2 million dollar pier is underway to replace one of the piers destroyed during 2012’sHurricane Sandy. The pier will start at Delaware Street and extend 170 feet into the DelawareRiver. At the end will be a 100’ x 10’ dock.

Parking Lot

A parking lot with an additional 50 spaces will be paved in 2017 directly behind Penn’s Place.
