Making Changes Mid-Year

Your benefit elections will stay in place for the entire plan year.

Qualifying Event Changes allowed: Marriage, Divorce, Birth, Adoption,

Dependent Death, Spouse’s Open Enrollment, Spouse’s change in employment status, etc.
