Challenge:How to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty by segmenting consumers while having limited resources?
Segmenting the audience
Segments in the database where identified and target groups defined.
By checking activities, reactivating or removing inactive data and complete missing data all consumer information was structured and added to the target groups.
Relevant content
Tag members and segment in different groups based on number of weeks of pregnancy or the age of the baby.
Specific content in emails for each segment, by matching keywords in the block template.
