• Lodging reservations will be made automatically for you each workshop. A single occupancy, non-smoking room will be reserved for your three-night stay.

Meals • Meals on the day of arrival are

Workshop Costs

• 4 person team: Four 3 day workshops (including senior management representative for workshop #1): $11,880.00

• If requested… billing may be split over two fiscal years– $5,940.00 approximately November 1, 2010– $5,940.00 after July 1, 2011

• Additional cost per person for 4 workshops: $2,878.00

One option to fund your share of the FTA EMS Institute: • “We viewed the entire EMS activity as a planning

initiative incorporated into the MPO's Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP).

• We then programmed funding on our annual Section 5307 FTA Urbanized Area Formula Allocation towards a System Management & Operations Planning line item. This funding was used to address the incidental costs associated with overall EMS effort.”
