marathon project to rescue a building at risk – the 18th
century New Inn originally built to accommodate visitors to
the mansion at Stowe – and create a stunning new visitor
centre.
Only £15 for IHBC members - £25 for non-members.

9.30a.m. – 10.00 – registration and coffee
• Talk by Fred Markham, Building Surveyor, National
Trust and Claire Pudney, former Buildings at Risk
Office for Aylesbury Vale District Council
• Tour of the restored New Inn
Lunch
Afternoon
Tours of:
• the new Visitor Centre
• Stowe’s landscape gardens
• Stowe House.
The event will end by 4pm.
