We need the same effort that transformed women’s access to higher education to focus on Computer Science

It’s possible to move from the life sciences into AI with some extra training – we need to make women aware of that possibility.

Value your own soft skills, work on developing them, and speak up for their value within your organization.

If you’re in the position to make hiring decisions, or to influence them, learn to be conscious of your own biases, and aware of others’.
