Your legal name is the name you must useto register in school, and to later register for the draft (atleast if you are male) following your 18 th birthday andbefore your 26th birthday. If you want to go by a differentname, you can change it in a court of law, usually by asimple motion for a name change. This procedure allowsthe bureaucracies governing vital statistics to keep anaccurate record of exactly who you are, when and whereyou were born, when you got married, who you married,who you divorced, and when you died. The IRS also has acritical interest in this.

Instead, the organization producedinconclusive photographs of a document that purported tobe a Certification of Live Birth and the testimony of thetwo Obots who work there that the document, in theirhopelessly unqualified opinion, appeared genuine. To beclear: no birth certificate, and no certification of live birthor any document that purports to establish the birth site andbirth information of Obama has everbeen "produced" to anauthorized fmder of fact (unless you count the Kenyan birthcertificate that was provided and entered pursuant to asworn affidavit in the Keyes case).The discrepancy is so large that the issue requires atrial to make a fmding of facts. citizen at the time of his birth, a fact he readily admits, andhe (Senior) later became a Kenyan national when Kenyaachieved its independence. Obama was therefore a Britishsubject at birth, and obtained a right to affIrm a Kenyancitizenship through to August 4, 1984. However, Obamaobtained a full Commonwealth Citizenship (andconsequently, an EU citizenship) in 1983, pursuant to theBritish Nationality Act of 1981. Given the divorcedocumentation between Stanley Ann Obama and BarackHussein Obama in March of 1964, Obama senior' sparentage was established as a matter of law - whether ornot it was factually true, and because it was done sowithout the objection of Senior, even if Obama haddifferent parentage, BHO Senior is the lawful father,because of his failure to object within two years ofmarriage and assigned parentage.

Therefore, Obama's citizenship passed to theyounger (sometimes referred to as "Zero") by means of hisparentage, even if Obama senior was not lawfully marriedto Dunham at the time. Whether Junior obtained "nativeborn" citizenship by means of the Fourteenth Amendmentto the US Constitution61 is a more complicated question,since it depends on whether he was born on US terri tory,whether he was subject to the jurisdiction thereof at thetime of birth, whether he took an oath of naturalizationafter his 18 th birthday, whether he served in the military ofa foreign country, and whether he was present in the UnitedStates between his 18 th and 26 th birthdays and successfullyregistered with the Selective Service System.61 The Fourteenth Amendment to the Uni ted States Cons ti tu tionprovides in its opening sentence as follows: "All person born o rnaturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof,are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside."

Importantly: if he was not born on US terri tory, hehas no legal right to call himself an American exceptthrough a process of naturalization, and no process ofnaturalization has ever occurred.His citizenship is further complicated by hisadoption in Indonesia by his stepfather Lolo Soetoro, anIndonesian national who apparently adopted by Barry

As aconsequence, whether or not he was born in the US, he isan alien to the United States.However, an oath of naturalization is out of reachfor this man because of his inability to manifest thenecessary intent to become an American, and his inabilityto give a legitimate oath. His allegiance is elsewhere fundamentally elsewhere - and at some level, the inabilityto tell the truth and the lack of intent to embrace thingsAmerican, rules out"Citizenship for him at every level.

At the age of 10, Obama's mother sent Barry backto Honolulu to stay with her parents while she pursued herinternational dreams. Obama's grandparents moved Barryinto the pr ivate Punahou School from 1971-1979. Thisschool is racially diverse with whites in a distinct minority.The fmal day of school is known as "Kill Haole Day"("Kill Whitey Day").67 The last two years ofObama's highschool years were marked with drug use, partying, and badgrades. Obama told the world in his autobiography that"Pot had helped, and booze; maybe a lit tle blow when youcould afford it. Not smack, though.,,68
