Legg joins the Threshers from Lakewood, embarking on his 34th season in the Phillies organization. He previously managed Clearwater in 2005 and 2006. Ducey served as hitting coach for Reading last year. He spent 13 years as an outfielder in the Majors, and is a member of the Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame.
