INGREDIENTS 4 slices of bacon 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts Salt Ground black pepper 2 tbsp. of butter Instructions: 1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on a paper towel lined plate. Chop into bite sized pieces. 2. Season chicken on both sides with salt and pepper. In the same skillet, add chicken and cook until no longer pink, 8 minutes per side. Remove from pan and place on plate. Drain excess grease from pan. 3. Melt butter in skillet and add garlic and thyme. Cook until fragrant, approximately 1 minute. Add heavy cream, cream cheese, and Parmesan and bring to a simmer. Let simmer until thickened, approximately 2 minutes. Add corn and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. 4. Return chicken to skillet and cook until warmed through, about 5 minutes. 5.
