Responsible for the discovery and initial development of the Rubiales field in Colombia, later valued at $6 billion, producing over 200,000 bopd

VP Operations for the PanOcean / PanAfrican Group of companies, responsible for the Gabon onshore / offshore business. PanOcean was sold in 2006 for $US 1.4 billion
