A boxed group of 1/32nd scale model Corvettes "The Zora Arkus-Duntov Authorised Collection", these are boxed hand crafted in China limited edition collectables detailing different series Corvettes by years which include 1954, 1992, 1956, 1986 and others. Conditions all generally appear to be Good in Good outer boxes complete with inner polystyrene packaging (please note none of these boxes have been checked for completeness and some models may have been out on display at some point). Lego - Point of Sale Store Display consisting of Lego City Set No.60173 & 60170, this set has moving parts which are controlled by a turning knob to the front of display (this would benefit from a further clean as it is rather dusty due to storage), condition generally appears to be Excellent in Good outer perspex display cabinet.

3010. Lego - Point of Sale Store Display Unit which depicts Lego Duplo Set No.10834 along with Set "Axel". This unit has moveable parts which are moved using a turnable knob to the front of the display unit (untested and has not been checked for completeness), conditions all generally appear to be Good Plus to Excellent in Good clear perspex and cardboard display unit (this would benefit from a further clean and has the roof of the display unit slightly crushed with scuffing to the perspex front).

3011. Barbie a large trade box containing approx 530 pieces of carded/blister packed Barbie "Bubble Set" accessory. This carded blister pack appears to hold a plastic container apparently for bubble making solution along with 2 x bubble making hand-held shapes which are used to blow through to make bubbles. These blister pack cards do appear to be Greek issue (please note this trade pack although was sealed has been opened to check contents and although trade box states 532 pieces these contents have not been counted or checked accordingly). Conditions all generally appear to be Near Mint to Mint in Good Plus to Excellent card/blister packs (please note again there is no guarantee of the full amount of 532 pieces being in this trade pack). A group of wooden/glass fronted display cabinets comprising of (1) 2 x matching wooden cabinets with hinged glass doors, both hinged from the left and fastening clasps to the right and both measure approx 79cm wide x 64cm high and both come complete with 7 glass shelves. Condition of these 2 cabinets appear Good but do suffer from the usual knocks, scratches and slight chips to the outside wooden edges; (2) a pine effect or similar homemade wooden display cabinet with a lift off hinged front lid which measures approx 90cm wide x 63cm high x 12cm deep. This cabinet has a lift off lid which fastens by claps at both left and right sides and has also got fastening points to the base and comes complete with a perspex front as opposed to glass (please note this houses 6 glass shelves (glass shelves are not present). Condition of this cabinet does appear to be Fair and is quite apparent that it is homemade; (3) a dark wooden display cabinet with glass opening door measuring approx 81cm high x 81cm in height x 14cm deep. The hinged door is hinged from the left hand side and fastens to the right with a fastening clasp (please note this display cabinet comes with 11 glass shelves but due to storage the cabinet does appear to have slightly shrunk and therefore the glass shelves are slightly too long to fit. Condition of this cabinet does generally appear to be Fair to Good and has the usual knocks and scratches to the wooden edges (please note due to the weight and size of this lot collection is advised). Conditions of SaleThe Buyer will be the highest bidder known to the Auctioneer at the fall of the hammer. Any dispute will be settled by the Auctioneer, whose decision will be final.

Purchasers will be charged a premium of 20.83% on the hammer price. The premium is subject to VAT at 20% (total 25%).

BUYERS PREMIUM FOR LIVE ON-LINE BIDDING VIA INVALUABLE Purchasers will be charged a total premium of 30% on the hammer price inclusive of VAT. This will include a 5% charge made by Invaluable whichwill be shown separately on your invoice.

There is no additional charge for bidding via the Vectis Live website.

There is no VAT charged on lot prices.

If payment is to be made by cheque and the cheque exceeds the cheque card guarantee limit, then goods can onlybe collected on the day of the sale if the buyer is known to us, or if prior arrangements have been made. We reservethe right to hold goods until a cheque is cleared. Lots can be paid for by credit card. Most major brands are accepted.

Commission bids will be executed at no extra charge and we guarantee to purchase lots as cheaply as possible, allowing for other bids. Successful commission bidders will be notified by post immediately after the sale. Full payment must then be sent to the Auctioneers by return of post.

Persons are reminded to handle all items with care. Any loss or damage will be payable at a cost to be decided bythe Auctioneer, whose decision will be final. Please be careful.

We have endeavoured to describe items as accurately and as fairly as possible.The terms we have used to define condition are detailed in the Condition Classification. The classification relatesto the appearance of an item. No warranty can be given to the mechanical or electrical operation of any item. It mustbe understood that any description or assessment of an item or its condition must be regarded as opinion only, andcannot form part of any legal contract.

Where we have identified particular faults or damage to items it must be understood that reference to such faultsdoes not imply the absence of others, nor does the lack of such a reference imply that an item is free of faults. Prospective purchasers must satisfy themselves as to the suitability of lots before buying. Only in the event that anitem should be found to be a deliberate forgery, could a transaction be rescinded. Once this is proven to the Auctioneers, then all money paid will be refunded, provided the item is returned within 7 days of the sale in the condition it was sold.

EstimatesBased upon prices recently paid at auction for comparable property, and take into account condition, rarity, quality and provenance. Estimates are subject to revision. Vendors should not rely upon estimates as a representation or prediction of actual selling prices.

ReservesIn normal circumstances, Vectis Auctions do not accept reserves, however if a vendor wishes to place a reserve ona lot and that lot is eventually unsold, Vectis Auctions will charge the vendor a fee of 7.5% of the placed reserve or£10 whichever is greater. The reserve is the confidential minimum price the vendor will accept and must be agreedwith Vectis Auctions beforehand. This value will not exceed the top pre-sale estimate.

Late Withdrawals(a) Lots withdrawn once an item has been catalogued will incur a charge of 15% of the midpoint between top andbottom estimate or the reserve, whichever is greater.

(b) Lots withdrawn after the catalogue has been printed and distributed will incur a charge of 25% of the midpointbetween top and bottom estimate or the reserve, whichever is greater.

Payment of proceeds of auctionPayment is normally made twenty five working days after the sale, however Vectis Auctions reserve the right towithold any funds if the buyer fails to make payment. If the buyer fails to make payment within the calendarmonth, Vectis Auctions have the right to pay the vendor an amount up to the net proceeds payable in respect of theamount bid by the defaulting buyer.
