How to adjust the sensitivity of the Genio PRO S

The initialization procedure on the previous page should make all of the keys equally

sensitive. If you find that some keys still play too loudly or softly, use the following procedure

to adjust the sensitivity of individual key.

1) Make sure that the Genio PRO S is off.

While holding the [Record] button down, turn the Genio PRO S on.

After 3 seconds, release the [Record] button.

The display should be as below.

2) While wearing headphones to monitor the sound, play each key and listen to the volume of the

sound. If the sensitivity needs to be adjusted, use either [▼] Value or [▲]button to adjust the sound

volume for the key last played down or up so that it matches the other keys.

3) The display shows the current key s sensitivity value from 000 to 255.

When moving to a different key, the last displayed value for the previous key is remembered.

A. Connecting your Genio PRO S to external Audio Equipment1) Use two audio cables to connect the Left and Right Audio outputs of the Genio PRO S to inputs of

your audio system. The signal is Unbalanced, line level . See the diagram below which is

representative of a club or performance hall audio system.

2) You may also connect an external audio source, such as CD player, to the audio inputs of the Genio

PRO S. Using two audio cables, connect the Aux or Line output of your source to the Left and Right

Audio inputs of the Genio PRO S. The sound in the Genio PRO S headphones will not be a mixture

of the piano sound and the external source sound. Use the volume control on the external source to

adjust the external sound volume.
