Geographical Informational Systems in the region of Boka Kotorska Geographical Informational Systems after the IGISC’s was constituted for the UNESCO town of Kotor, the community and the region of Boka together with other communities of Tivat and Hercegnovi Summary

Subject: creator, who will innitiate this fundamental geo-systemic co-institution is the author of this work and the participant of the conference – M. R. Franović of Boka, geographer, specialised in space planning, rural-urban-regional coordinator. Project: method – the author’s original cata-holistic and universally applicable ‘model of optimal correlations’ in communication and co-information of persons, disciplines, institutions, regions and sociotons in the urbs, commune and region of Kotor, but as part of the network and environment, from local to global and vice versa. Inject: institute – Geographical Informationa Systems for for Kotor, the Commune, Boka with its seat in the UNESCO town of Boka, lead by the persons who will promote in epistemic: interdisciplinarity, in esthetics: multimediality, in ethics: transpersonality, in all: virtue. Traject: operati who will conduct – will be mono-pluri-inter-trans-con, personal and disciplinary, institutional, regional and social in the perception of processes, in the postulation of problems, in the projection of plans in the region of Boka and the immediate local as well as the widest global environment, with the regional in between. Object: reality in the focus will be: from natural, technical and social reality of the local, regional and global; all is to be part of the network in the Montenegrin and Dalmatian, Croatian and Serbian, Adriatic and Mediterranean, Mittellandean and Euro-Unional, pan-Atlantic and pan-Gaian and cosmical spaces of the third millenium – from Boka to God and vice versa. Explanation: The author of this work and the participant of the symposium – who is the the outcome of the real … exit from the postmodernist chaos and the passage to the protoglobalistic cosmos, through ditigitalisational tecnologisation – is kindly expecting to be initially understood and possibly accepted, and is thankful for the trust and patience.
