INTRODUC1"ION:

Project 3008870 consists of one unpatented claim (TB 3008870) located in BMA 5368821 NTS 53H/9.

The area is located within the Kasabonika greenstone beH.

The subject property represents one of the first mining claims to be staked in the area.

The property is virtually unexplored, but an initial examination by the applicant discovered semimassive sulphides and base metal mineralization demonstrating significant potential for hosting precious and base metal mineralization.

Project 3008870 will explore the high mineral potential of this area with a program of gridding and geophysical :surveys.

The subject property is part of a group of properties collectively called the Kasabonika-Shibogama Properties. The Kasabonika Prospector Alliance undertook to identify and acquire precious and base metal assets in order to explore and develop the under-explored mineral potential of the area and as such these properties represent some of the first claims to be staked in the area,

Current work consisted of a program of linecutting followed by magnetic and maxmin surveys.

Several magnetic anomalies were identified some of which appear to be stratigraphic or formational.

LOCATION:

The project is located approximately 20 km northeast of the community of Kasabonika in the Thunder Bay Mining Division of northwestern Ontario. (See Property Disposition Figure)

AREA: SMA 536882 NTS: 53/H9 UTM nad83: 407000E, 5946000N

ACCESS:

Access is best achieved via helicopter from the airport located at Kasabonika Lake or alternatively by boat or snow machine from the shore of Kasabonika or Shibogama Lakes and then traverse cross-country to the property.

PROPERTY:

The property consists of one unpatented mining claim (TB 3008870) comprising 16 units approximately 256 ha in area. (See Claim Map)

PREVIOUS WORK:

A review of the assessment files failed to identify records of previous exploration by industry. Government mapping and airborne geophysical surveys cover the project area. Government mapping inCludes Report 193 Geology of the Winisk Lake Area by Thurston et al 1979 and Aeromagnetic Series maps by Ontario Department of Mines and Geological Survey of Canada 1965 to 1968.

REGIONAL GEOLOGY:

The area is underlain by Archean supracrustal and intrusive terrain of the Sachigo subprovince. In the Kasabonika area, greenstone belts with subvolcanic intrusives and deformation zones occur in a geological environment that is favourable for precious metal and base metal mineralization. (See Regional Geology)

REGIONAL BASE METAUPRECIOUS METAL TARGETS

Volcanogenic massive sulphide models fit well with the geology of the area. Although outcrop exposure is sparse, felSic and mafic tuffaceous rocks, conglomerates, iron formation, subvolcanic intrusives, chert and bedded sulphides have been Observed. Recent discoveries of volcanogenic massive sulphide mineralization by Spider Resources in the McFaulds Lake area further enhances the potential for a Significant discovery in the Kasabonika-Shibogama Area.

Lode Gold mineralization should be considered a priority target given the numerous deformation zones that are apparent from the magnetic data and inferred on the geological maps. Pathfinder minerals, quartz and carbonate veining, iron formation and intrusive units have been observed and demonstrate significant potential for gold mineralization.

PROPERTY GEOLOGY:

Outcrop exposure is limited in the project area. Initial examination by the applicant has identified supracrustal rocks of the Kasabonika Greenstone Belt which locally contain 10-30% pyrite + pyrrhotite +/- chalcopyrite as bedded sulphide mineralization within siliceous volcanic or sedimentary units and up to 5-7% chalcopyrite within chert or quartz veins.

RATIONALE:

The project area displays strong geological similarities to those observed with the massive sulphide occurrences of the McFaulds Lake Area.

The area is located within the Kasabonika Greenstone Belt and is likely an extension of the stratigraphy of the McFaulds Lake area.

The sulphide mineralization identified on the property represents one of the first occurrences in the region. The property represents one of the first mining claims to be staked in the area.

The property is virtually unexplored and demonstrates signfficant potential for hosting massive sulphide deposits and base and precious metal mineralization.

WORK PROGRAM: ·

An exploration program consisting of 5.8 km of gridding with magnetic and maxmin surveys was conducted on the property (See Grid Layout Sketch).

The cut grid consisted of 5 one kilometre long lines spaced at 200 metre intervals and an 800 metre long baseline. Fred Ice of Thunder Bay, Ontario supervised the line cutting.

Total field magnetic and maxmin readings were acquired at 12.5 metre spacing along the lines. Mike Milani of Mtec Geophysics supervised the geophysical survey.

Doug Parker of D'Silva Parker Associates of Thunder Bay supervised the overall project.

Geophysical Instruments and Survey Procedures

The magnetic survey was conducted with a GSM19 magnetometer. A synchronized base station was used to correct for diurnal variations (See Appendix for instrument specifications).

Data were collected every 12.5 metres along the cut lines.

Datum was subtracted from the corrected data for plotting purposes.

The Maxmin survey was conducted with a Maxmin 1-8 Electromagnetic System utilizing a 100 metre cable length. Readings at 444Hz and 1777Hz were recorded at 25 metre intervals.

Results and Interpretation ·

Ground magnetic data indicates a series of high magnetic anomalies. (See magnetic survey figures).

The magnetic relief of the anomalies is about 700 gammas with a range of 58700 to 59400 gammas.

The main magnetic feature is located in the northern half of the grid. It is an east-west trending linear feature interpreted as formational in character and probably related to a iron-rich vertical sheet.

Three other magnetic high anomalies occur along the edge of the survey area and have insufficient coverage to warrant interpretation.

The maxmin did not detect any anomalies consistent with bed rock conductors.

Conclusions and Recommendations

The survey was successful in delineating magnetic features that may be related to iron-rich stratigraphy.

No near surface bedrock conductors were identified.

Prospecting should be undertaken in order to identify the cause of the magnetic anomalies and evaluate the stratigraphy for precious and base metal potential.
