with fifty employees to three shifts and two hundred and fifty
manufacturing employees. Actively participated in an ISO Steering
Committee, resulting in the companys ISO 9002 Certification.

A Manufacturer Of Boating After market upholstery and misc. ladders
seat slides, etc. Also, manufactures medical equipment
Hired to relocate to Florida and establish a new assembly plant.
Designed and implemented all systems, procedures and policies, including
the company Employee Handbook for Florida. Did the plant layout, and
all of the hiring and training of employees.
