Global HSE Program Management

To effectively track, monitor and measure Global HSE performance, Suzlon's HSE agenda is

being run as Global HSE Program Management. The program management office is located

at Suzlon's Pune HQ which facilitates delivery of HSE mission business imperatives by

translating internal reports and concepts and clearly defined prioritized HSE requirements,

cost and benefits. The HSE program management has an agreed PMO governance structure

which helps in timely decision making, approvals and sign-offs and appropriate channels for

escalation of issues that are absolutely critical for the success of the HSE program/projects.
