Qenos Pty Ltd (ABN 62 054 196 771), having its registered office at Altona, Victoria has applied in accordance with the provisions of section 18 of the Pipelines Act 1967 (hereinafter called “the Act”) and Pipelines Regulation 2013 (hereinafter called “the Regulation”) for a Variation to Pipeline Licence No 12 in relation to a deviation of the pipeline to enable the land owner to develop the land in Canterbury.

This application complies with the provisions of the Act and Regulation and therefore I, Anthony Roberts, Minister for Industry, Resources and Energy, do grant Variation No 6 to Licence No 12 effective from my signing of this variation.

The land affected by the variation is shown as G1 and G2 on Deposited Plan No DP 1207761, including associated instruments, lodged and registered at the Sydney office of Land and Property Information NSW.

Qenos Pty Ltd (ABN 62 054 196 771), having its registered office at Altona, Victoria has applied in accordance with the provisions of section 31 of the Pipelines Act 1967 (hereinafter called “the Act”) and Pipelines Regulation 2013 (hereinafter called “the Regulation”) for consent to surrender a portion of Pipeline Licence No 12 in relation to a removal of a part of pipeline to enable the land owner to develop the land in Canterbury.

This application complies with the provisions of the Act and Regulation and therefore I, Anthony Roberts, Minister for Industry, Resources and Energy, grant consent for that surrender following the construction and commissioning of a deviation pipeline in accordance with Variation No 6 to Licence No 12.

The land to be deleted from Pipeline Licence No 12 is shown as K on Deposited Plan No DP 1207156, including associated instruments, lodged and registered at the Sydney office of Land and Property Information NSW.
