Search on Google to find markets, especially

Asian markets which are near the location where

you want to live. example of keyword(s): Asian

markets near Fenway, …

There are a bunch of advertisements of cheap

rental houses there, usually stuck near the

access door.

Step 2

If step one is not effective, start searching on

the website www.craigslist.org to find houses.

You have to provide information about expected

location, price range, bedroom, furnished, utility.

Step 3

Go to houses you are interested in and make

sure everything fits with your expectations.

You should especially take care about your new

roommate if they look like a friendly, clean

person or not.

Step 4

Show them your interest in their houses but

remember to complain about some little

unpleasant things.

Show your enthusiasm in dealing price.

Every time, you can reduce the rental price if

you have decent dealing skills.

Step 5

Sign the contract immediately when you have a

good deal.

To do this, you are supposed to take deposit

money with you. Normally deposit fee contains

charges for first month and last month.

Step 6

If you have a car, transport all your stuff to your

new house. If not, ask Sangkyu or Bobby to

handle the stuff for you.

Step 7
