Preparation:Sand and seal the pieces with DecoArt Multi-Purpose Sealer. Sand again when dry and wipe away sanding dust with a damp cloth.

Painting Instructions:Pumpkins – Base the pumpkins with Canyon Orange. Base the top part of the pumpkin again with Orange Twist and blend with the middle section. The middle section remains Canyon Orange. Base the bottom of the pumpkins again with Burnt Orange and blend toward the middle section. Shade the pump-kins, and add sections with Burnt Umber. Base the stems with Foliage Green and shade

with Avocado. Shade again the Burnt Umber. Base dowels for the pumpkin with them Foli-age Green and stripes of Lamp Black.

Bases – Base one with Lavender; one with Foliage Green; and one with Lamp Black. Add colorful dots as desired, on the black base (I used Canyon Orange, Lavender, Snow White and Foliage Green), and stencil a little tex-ture on the other two using Lamp Black and the Square Background Stencil – small. The lettering on the green and lavender bases is Lamp Black; and the lettering on the black base is Snow White (I used the Halloween Writing Words Stencil for this).

Silhouette Design – Base design with Lamp Black. Add faces and eyes with Canyon Or-ange. Highlight mouths and eyes with Orange Twist. Float below the fi gures with washy Lamp Black.

Finishing:Finish with several light coats of DecoArt Acrylic Spray Sealer/Finisher – Matte.Ribbon or Raffi a could be added if desired.
