Race 1

#1 Twitter Storm – Best Bet

#6 Cobra Sophie

#5 Bella Figura

#3 Bella Nina

#1 TWITTER STORM won her $40,000 non-three with a

great trip four starts ago and has since struggled at the

first allowance level. She draws a better post and gets in

easier. #6 COBRA SOPHIE dropped far back and made

a rally to be third in a $10,000 race won by a massive

class dropper on September 1. If she can get in just a bit

better early position she could be a big threat. #5 BELLA

FIGURA exits a midpack finish for $23,500 on September

21. She was a competitive third for this price two back. #3

BELLA NINA made her first start against wide open

company for $7,500 on September 20 and won in a romp.

She steps up in class and may be a bit overbet off of the

large Beyer she posted in that win.

Race 2

#6 Wild About Blu

#3 Trinity Thundah

#5 Mia’s Extortionist

#1 Storm Chart

#6 WILD ABOUT BLU drew the rail on debut, breaking a

bit awkwardly, dropping well back and never truly getting

involved. He adds blinkers and may be able to move

forward. #3 TRINITY THUNDAH looks like the obvious

heavy favourite in this short field. He has finished second

in third in each of his last five starts, is capable of

showing speed and exits a good runner up showing. #5

MIA’S EXTORTIONIST had a bit of a rough trip when

finishing midpack on debut. Blinkers are added for his

second attempt. #1 STORM CHART showed speed on

September 14 and led most of the way, finishing second,

in front of several of today’s rivals. His best chance is

likely to get loose on the front end.

Race 3

#6 Handsome Guy

#5 Last American Exit

#3 Lookinatamiracle

#2 Ready Soul

#6 HANDSOME GUY draws outside in this short field

comprised entirely of first time starters. Son of

Ghostzapper, an 8% two year old debut sire, is the first

foal to race out of an unraced mare. #5 LAST AMERICAN

EXIT comes into his debut off of a several well-spaced

breezes. Society’s Chairman has six two year old debut

winners in 22 starters; dam’s only other foal to race won

at first asking. #3 LOOKINATAMIRACLE has breezed

fairly steadily coming into this. Lookin At Lucky is an 11%

sire with two year old firsters; dam has three juvenile

winners in seven foals to race at two. #2 READY SOUL

worked quickly from the gate in his most recent breeze,

which will likely lead to a lot of wagering support in a race

the public may have trouble with. More Than Ready is an

11% two year old debut sire.

Race 4

#6 Seattle Affair

#7 Ben Lomond

#2 Serengeti Cat

#1 Pool Playa

#6 SEATTLE AFFAIR has been favoured in all three of

his starts so far this season and has disappointed. He

cuts back to a sprint and drops in class; the only two

sprints he has run have been credible efforts against

good company. #7 BEN LOMOND lacked room but ran a

very good fourth when racing at this level on August 23.

He was claimed out of that start and has waited the jail

period to return at the same level. #2 SERENGETI CAT

made his first start off of the claim and was able to win for

this price on the main track on September 2. He was a

vet scratch when dropped in for $15,000 on September

22; he now jumps back up to $23,500. #1 POOL PLAYA

is a longshot possibility in this wide open event. He exits

a decent fourth in the tough Puss N Boots Cup at Fort

Erie; there is a lot of pace here and he may be able to

rally for a piece.

Race 5

#4 Twomanyshots

#5 Goldmine Glory

#2 Sister Grace

#6 Vesperanza

#4 TWOMANYSHOTS catches a manageable looking

field for her debut. Not Bourbon has eight debut winners

in 71 starters; younger half-sister Gun Society has hit the

board in three of her four attempts to date. #5

GOLDMINE GLORY ran a close fourth in her debut on

the inner turf, then regressed second time out on the E.

P. Taylor. She drops in for $40,000 and will now try the

synthetic. #2 SISTER GRACE makes her delayed debut

here after being entered and scratched twice, including a

vet scratch on September 11. Grayday is an 11% debut

sire; dam’s lone foal to race was a $30,000 maiden

claiming winner at Churchill. #6 VESPERANZA is the

most experienced runner in this field. She has had a

couple of tough trips this season which have led to poor

races but has raced well when things have gone cleanly.

Race 6

#10 Stopvictimizingme

#1 Hidden Artifact

#11 Two Timing

#5 Arnie the King

#10 STOPVICTIMIZINGME has run some good races

this season including a second for $40,000 four back. He

drops in for $7,500 after disappointing for $25,000. #1

HIDDEN ARTIFACT kicked off his season nine days ago

with a third place finish. This will be his first turf try since

his career debut. #11 TWO TIMING has strung together

four consecutive good efforts. The outside draw may be a

hindrance but his form is solid. #5 ARNIE THE KING

made the lead but tired late when dropping in for this

price on September 20. He was only beaten 2 ½ lengths

and could be a factor.

Race 7

#1 Curlin’s Honor

#7 Artistico

#2 Black Sea (FR)

#3 Woodbridge

#1 CURLIN’S HONOR has been running competitively in

several Stakes events, most recently a close third in the

Bold Venture. He gets in easier and stretches out to a turf

route. #7 ARTISTICO had been in great form up until his

most recent start on September 7 in which he came up

empty. He goes off of Lasix today. #2 BLACK SEA (FR)

exits a fourth place finish, not far beaten for second in the

same race that Artistico exits. His form has been very

solid since returning from Florida. #3 WOODBRIDGE

caught a very tough group when cutting back to a sprint

on September 7 and didn’t show much. He gets back out

to a route and removes the blinkers.

Race 8

#6 Pleasecallmeback

#2 Fantastic Breeze

#12 Malibu Mambo

#10 Barilko

#6 PLEASECALLMEBACK exits a credible midpack

favourite in the Summer. Two back he ran second behind

his impressive stablemate Mr. Huslte; the one to beat. #2

FANTASTIC BREEZE was a disappointment in an off-turf

Auction-restricted maiden race last time, racing rank

early, making an early move and flattening out. His two

turf starts posted speed figures competitive with this

group. #12 MALIBU MAMBO stalked the pace before

drawing off for an easy maiden win on debut. He now

switches over to the turf. #10 BARILKO exits a runner up

finish behind the impressive Old Chestnut in the Ontario

Racing on the inner turf. He removes the blinkers for his

first route attempt.

Race 9

#1 Distinct Passion

#2 Maximum Perfection

#6 Real Money

#5 Alacritous

#1 DISTINCT PASSION had a tough draw and came up

empty on the E. P. Taylor last time out. He has run races

that would be competitive with this group and could have

the speed to be effective at this distance. #2 MAXIMUM

PERFECTION dueled for the lead before finishing third in

a tough $40,000 non-three on the main track on August

31. He has raced very well over this course in previous

starts. #6 REAL MONEY made the lead and went all the

way when breaking his maiden over this course on

September 14. He may end up favoured here. #5

ALACRITOUS was disappointing in the same race that

Maximum Perfection exits. He ran a good second over

this course two back; the blinkers are added.

Race 10

#1 Hey Congrats

#4 Polydeuces

#7 Amnesty

#13 Ruggero

#5 Mayan Ghost

#1 HEY CONGRATS broke a bit slowly and never really

got involved on the inner turf last time. He drops in for

$40,000 and tries the synthetic. #4 POLYDEUCES has

improved in recent starts, exiting a narrow second when

dropping in for $23,500. Although he rises back in for

$40,000 he looks competitive. #7 AMNESTY was a good

second in spite of some trouble in his local debut then ran

a bit evenly on the inner turf last time. He makes his

synthetic debut for this drop in class. #13 RUGGERO

showed some speed on debut and ran a good second.

He could be a major player if he moves forward with

experience. #5 MAYAN GHOST has been off for over

three months now. He drops in for $40,000, cuts back in

distance and returns as a gelding.
